After you have reviewed our services, fill out our clarity form, which will help us learn more about your brand & assess whether or not we are the designer to bring your vision to life.
Step 2: ALIGNMENT
Once we have reviewed your form, we will hop on a call to discuss to see if we are the perfect designer for YOU & how we can help bring your vision to life!
Step 3: TRANSFORM
If we are the perfect match, you will then receive an outline of the next steps including how to purchase your package, the content we need to begin, and what you can expect moving forward. Once you have completed all of the pre-work and submitted your content, your brand will undergo it's transformation!
The design process can range from 30-45 days. We recommend that prior to submitting an inquiry you ensure that you can dedicate this time to your project to prevent any delays or additional fees.
Yes! Once you have access to the pay portal you will be able to check out using ShopPay or ZipPay!
After being approved to work with JWD, it is highly recommended that you gather your content prior to purchasing your package in order to prevent any delays and additional fees.
For our web design services we recommend you have your branding elements already established -logos, color palettes, & fonts. If not, then check out our branding packages!
Additionally, we will need high resolution brand photography. Absolutely NO selfies or mobile phone photos will be accepted.

Yes! You will have 3 review & revision sessions to review your web design and provide feedback on needed changes. After 3 sessions there is a charge of $25 for any additional reviews & revisions. The changes will be made once the invoice has been paid in full.
